How to add another BPI Account in BPI Express Online (2019)
Congratulations on your new savings account or new payroll account! I know that you are reading this post because, just like me, you also don’t know where to add your new BPI account to your existing BPI Express Online Account. I know that we all want to manage our account and monitor our savings without going to any bank or atm machine to inquire.
BPI online or mobile app used to have the “My Portfolio” tab where I used to enroll additional account. And when they updated their website and app, the feature to add another account was removed. Thus, I don’t have any other option but to contact their customer service. I sent an email and contacted them through Twitter but I didn’t get any response.
I went to the nearest BPI branch and spoke with customer service. The employee confirmed that this option is not available in our online access. She asked me to fill out the form and prepare the following:
1. One valid ID
2. BPI online username
3. Account Number of your new account
4. Account Number of your existing online account
The process will only take 5-10 minutes and your new account will show up online in 3-5 business days. They will also send an email notification to confirm the enrollment.
